Mediatek Helio G90T Specification

The MediaTek Helio G90T is a low-end ARM-based MediaTek 64-Bit Mobile Processor(SoC), launched on July 30, 2019. MediaTek Helio G90T Specification includes a powerful Octa-core CPU, built-in 12nm process technology, and balances between 2 high-performance cores and 6 power-efficient cores (2x 2.05 GHz – Cortex-A76 and 6x 2 GHz – Cortex-A55).

It supports 2133 MHz LPDDR4x RAM up to 10 GB. In addition to the Octa-core CPU, the SoC comes with an integrated ARM Mali-G76 MC4.

The SoC also comes with a Mediatek 4G Modem (4G Carrier Aggregation (CA), CDMA2000 1x/EVDO Rev. A (SRLTE), 4G FDD / TDD, HSPA +) and Mediatek wireless system that supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0.
